A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. This site does not store or log those search terms on its own system.
Messages
Contact messages and email addresses may be retained long enough to answer. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data
Ordinary page requests may produce technical logs containing:
- IP address;

- device and operating system;
- pages viewed and time spent;
- referring page, if supplied; and
- request timestamps.

The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Use the Contact Us page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.

- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request deletion; and
- object to or opt out of certain processing.
Notice Changes
This privacy notice may change. A revised version takes effect when posted with its new effective date. Kentucky's KRS 61.872 concerns requests to government custodians and does not turn this private site into a public agency.
